Technical architect
We are looking for a technical lead / architect to help us design, implement and lead our development team. You will be responsible for the evolution of our Mezur platform and of our secure exam browser, VigiAcces. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the .NET ecosystem and with modern Web technologies such as Vue.js and TypeScript. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organization and interact with our partners. You must be able to bridge the gap between organizational needs and technological solutions, and evolve a large existing system without disruption for its users.

Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience building large-scale Web applications, including several years as an architect or technical lead;
- Command of the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework) and SQL Server;
- Solid experience with a modern JavaScript framework — Vue.js and TypeScript are our daily tools;
- Experience designing secure REST APIs (token-based authentication, integrations with partner platforms);
- Strong sensitivity to application security and privacy (OWASP, encryption, Québec's Law 25);
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (hosting, object storage, backups) and CI/CD pipelines;
- Knowledge of Electron desktop applications or an equivalent stack, an asset;
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools, and the judgment to govern their use within a team;
- Ability to evolve a complex existing system without service disruption;
- Excellent communication skills, in French and in English.
Senior web developer
As a senior web developer, you will program, document and maintain the back end and Web services for web and mobile applications. You will work with a team of experienced developers and other company resources. You must also care about the quality of the presentation (front end).
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously on coding and testing;
- Implement design specifications;
- Provide detailed analysis to the project manager;
- Implement recommended changes, unit tests and regression tests for performance and data integrity;
- Document all changes made.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in full-stack Web development;
- Command of C# / ASP.NET (MVC, Web API) and SQL Server;
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js and TypeScript (or an equivalent framework);
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and real-time communication (SignalR, WebSockets);
- Experience with Electron, media capture (WebRTC) or mobile development, an asset;
- Care for security, accessibility and code quality (automated tests, code reviews);
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and agile methods;
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools;
- Autonomy, attention to detail and strong team spirit;
- Excellent communication skills, in French and in English.
